This means if even one bureaucrat votes oppose in a nomination, the nomination will be closed, and the nominee will not become a sysop (however, the nominee may be nominated again in the future). --KPH2293 (T/C/EC/L) 04:29, 15 April 2007 (UTC)

IPs should not be allowed to vote. Xzelion
