The Setup[]
September 1, 2005 - The Wario Garlics and the Mario Sunshines were facing off in the last game of the Mushroom Kingdom World Series. Wario's team was up in the bottom of the ninth, losing 5-3. If he hit a home run, his team would be in the lead. Wario got up and did manage to hit a home run. When he came home, his catcher, Donkey Kong, slammed him to the ground. Wario was taken to the hospital. He stayed for 3 days before returning to sue Donkey Kong fo assault

to join Mario's team next year, and would stop at nothing to make the team lose. He said that when Donkey Kong hit him, it was to punish him for putting the team in the lead. The defendant, Donkey Kong, said that this was a lie, and said it was merely a victory celebration. He showed evidence from the game Donkey Kong that proves he has been Mario's longtme rival for 24 years.
The Verdict[]
October 27, 2005 - The court said that even though Wario's injuries were major, it was not intentional. They said that Donkey Kong's brute strength was the only reason he was hurt in the first place. The cort rules Donkey Kong NOT GUILTY.
